 ~The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation recommends holding a valid passport or ID card (as appropriate), international driving licence and medical insurance. ~ Passport & Visa: All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport. When helping with booking international travel, we will assume that all travellers have a passport valid on reservations. If this does not happen, you have to let us know. It is important that you make sure that you have valid passports, Visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government officials.

~ Taxes: Airline taxes are subject to change and are confirmed at the time your airline ticket is issued. There may also be a local tax charged at some airports.

~ Health: You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel and ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. In some cases, failure to present required vaccination documentation (e.g. proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may deny you entry into a country. We recommend that you consult with your local doctor, travel medical service or specialist vaccination clinic before commencing your travel.~ Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover your travel arrangements. Travel insurance is strongly recommended by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade for all overseas travel.​

Prices and taxes inclusive are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice, Prices are for two people and are subject to availability. Seasonal surcharges may apply depending on date of travel, Additional levies, government charges & other applicable fees, including additional taxes, surcharges and visa fees specific to your departure date or routing, may apply and are beyond our control.

~ The following booking fees apply to Domestic/International bookings will booking fee of 10% of total cost per person in addition to the applicable PayPal fee.

Bookings will incur a non-refundable booking and fee wills changes/Cancellations of $100 in addition to supplier fees.

~ Supplier Change and Cancellation Fees: Cancelled bookings may also incur supplier fees, which can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Supplier fees may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee for any booking which you change or cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee. 

Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier. If you wish to change or cancel Packages or flights booked online you must email or contact us. Please note that only a valid credit card can be accepted for any applicable fees and charges.

~ All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The service is only guaranteed once paid for in full by you. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases.

~ Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate your travel arrangements and bookings and to arrange travel-related services and products on your behalf. For example, we may collect details such as your name, residential address, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit/debit card details (including card type, card number, security number and expiry date), passport details,

frequent flyer details, information about your dietary requirements and health issues (if any), and Name other details relevant to your travel arrangements or required by the relevant travel service providers (e.g. airlines, accommodation or tour providers). When you make contact with us for other purposes, we may also collect personal information about you in relation to those purposes, or to respond to an Inquiry or feedback form you have sent to us.

We also collect information that is required for use in the business activities and our related entities, including for example, financial details necessary in order to process various transactions, and any other relevant personal information you may elect to provide to us.
